Gyro Meat
Gyro is the meat either pork, lamb or chicken, cooked with several herbs. Especially the principal herbs for making Gyro are:
- salt
- sweet paprika and very scorching paprika
- white colored coloured pepper
- black pepper
- garlic
- dried oregano
Other herbs can be added as cinnamon, sumac, cumin, anise, coriander in accordance to taste.
